These terms apply to paydirtfiles.com and to PayDirt Publisher, the in-house tool PayDirt Files uses to publish its own videos.
1. PayDirt Publisher
PayDirt Publisher is an internal tool. It uploads videos that a human editor at PayDirt Files has reviewed and approved, and only to accounts owned by PayDirt Files. It is not available to the public.
PayDirt Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of data is described in our Privacy Policy and Google's in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of TikTok, Instagram and X through the tool is also subject to each platform's own terms.
2. Our content
PayDirt Files videos and this website are for education and commentary only. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
We check every figure against at least two independent sources. When we make a mistake, we correct it publicly under our corrections policy.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the scripts, graphics and videos published by PayDirt Files are our own work. You may link to and share them through the platforms' normal sharing features. Please do not re-upload them in full without permission.
4. No warranty
This website and our content are provided "as is". We work hard to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made based on our content.
